When you first visit John West Physical Therapy, our licensed physical therapists will review your prescription and undertake a complete evaluation and examination of your condition. The therapist will then develop a plan of care specifically tailored to your needs, and apply the necessary techniques to assist your recovery. At every stage of the treatment process, the therapist will remain in touch with your doctor through regular feedback reports.

PERSONAL TRAINING

This is a one-on-one training program for our patients who have received therapy at the clinic, where our in-house physical trainers work with patients who have recovered from their injuries, but still wish to strengthen themselves so that they can get back to regular exercising. Personal training is offered both in the land exercise area, as well as the pools.

WELLNESS PROGRAM

There are occasions when patients’ treatment plan is completed, however they feel that they would benefit from continuing the exercises in their plan. In such circumstances we offer enrollment in our Wellness Program where the patients can use the clinic equipment and the pools on their own. Our therapists and assistants would be able to provide limited assistance.
